WE PROVIDE DISCOUNT DENTAL PLANS TO SUPPORT THE PROVISION OF DENTAL SERVICES TO YOU FROM YOUR DENTAL PROVIDER, AND AS SUCH, WE SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY PROVISION OR LACK OF PROVISION OF ANY DENTAL SERVICES
a. By accepting these Terms of Use, you provide your unconditional electronic acceptance of this agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
b. This Platform shall be deemed to be in use when it is loaded, being loaded, or continues to be loaded in a temporary or permanent memory of your computer, phone, tablet, or any other similar device/system, or within the internet browser used to access the Platform.
The User of this Platform unequivocally declares and agrees that they are a natural or legal person who has attained the age of at least 18 years and is legally permitted to enter into a contract in India.
If you do not meet this eligibility requirement, you may not use the Services or access the Platform.
a. You will be required to create an account on the Platform to access our Services, obtain information on our dental discount plans, or utilize the full features of the Platform (“Your PDH Account”). You will be able to access Your PDH Account from our website or mobile application using the same login credentials.
b. All actions performed on our website and/or webapp under PDH Screen Private Limited will be consolidated and reflected in Your PDH Account, and you hereby consent to the same.
c. If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of Your PDH Account and accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under it. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and acknowledge that any actions taken under Your PDH Account are your sole responsibility.
d. To create Your PDH Account, you must provide a valid phone number, which may be authenticated via a one-time password (OTP). You may be required to provide additional details as prompted on the Platform. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected and used.
e. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of Your PDH Account or any security breach that you become aware of. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from unauthorized access or security breaches caused by your actions or third-party interference.
f. We may suspend, disable, or delete Your PDH Account if we determine that:

g. You agree to maintain only one account on the Platform and acknowledge that you are the sole and exclusive owner of Your PDH Account. You may not sell, trade, or transfer your account to another individual or entity.
h. Any information provided at the time of account creation or anytime thereafter must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of Your PDH Account.

b. You agree that any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works, distribution, transmission, copying, selling, displaying, publishing, or any other use of the Material (or any part thereof) for any purpose without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
c. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents.
d. You may download or use Material displayed on this Platform only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices contained in the Material.
e. You do not have the right to use any of our trade names, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including trademark and copyright notices) affixed to or contained within the Platform or its Materials.
f. You further acknowledge and agree that:
i. You shall not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, including but not limited to any attempt to fraudulently obtain login credentials or private information from other users.
ii. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic, or illegal content or any material that could encourage criminal activity, civil liability, or violations of law.
iii. You shall not copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, broadcast, or tamper with any Material contained on the Platform. These restrictions apply to all or part of the Material on the Platform.
You warrant, represent, and agree that you shall not:
a) Overload the Platform: Participate in any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Platform, our systems, or any networks connected to the Platform.
b) Interfere with Platform Functionality: Use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform, any transaction being conducted on the Platform, or with any other user’s access to the Platform.
c) Test or Exploit Vulnerabilities: Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any network connected to the Platform, or breach security/authentication measures.
d) Track or Harvest User Data: Attempt to reverse look-up, trace, or collect information on any other user or visitor of the Platform.
e) Use Automated Scraping Tools: Utilize deep-links, page-scrapers, bots, spiders, or other automated tools to copy, monitor, or access any portion of the Platform, its content, or its structure in an unauthorized manner.
f) Gain Unauthorized Access: Attempt to hack, password-mine, or use illegitimate methods to gain access to any part of the Platform, services, or connected networks.
g) Disguise Your Identity: Forge headers, manipulate identifiers, or pretend to be someone else when sending messages or transacting on the Platform.
h) Engage in Illegal or Prohibited Activities: Use the Platform for any unlawful, prohibited, or infringing activities, including any action that violates the rights of PDH Screen Private Limited or others.
i) Access Restricted Data Without Authorization: Attempt to knowingly penetrate or access restricted areas of our network, systems, or databases without permission, or carry out unauthorized transactions.
j) Spread Malware or Malicious Code: Attempt to introduce computer viruses, worms, Trojans, or other malicious scripts/programs that could cause harm, disrupt services, or damage our systems.
k) Ensure Virus-Free Access: Users must take necessary precautions to ensure that their devices are virus-free before accessing the Platform. Uploading infected files or attempting to spread malware is strictly prohibited.
l) Engage in Ethical Use of the Platform: Users shall not participate in any unethical or immoral practices that could harm the integrity of the Platform.
m) Avoid Disruptive Software or Tools: Users must not use software, tools, or code that could hamper, disable, or disrupt any part of the Platform or its services.
a) No Insurance Products – PDH Screen Private Limited does not offer, sell, or solicit insurance products. We provide dental discount plans, which allow users to access discounted dental services through participating providers.
b) Not a Substitute for Insurance – Our dental discount plans are not insurance, dental coverage, or a prepaid dental benefits program. They simply offer discounted rates on dental services at participating dental providers.
c) How Our Plans Work – When you enroll in a dental discount plan, you gain access to a network of participating dentists who have agreed to provide discounted rates for various dental procedures. You are responsible for paying the provider directly at the discounted rate at the time of service.
d) No Payment Handling or Claims Processing – PDH Screen Private Limited does not handle payments for dental services, does not process insurance claims, and does not assume financial risk for any services rendered by providers.
e) User Responsibility – You are responsible for reviewing the details of the dental discount plan, understanding what services are discounted, and ensuring that the participating provider you visit accepts the plan.
f) Independent Providers – The dentists and clinics that accept our dental discount plans are independent third parties. We do not own, control, or manage these providers, nor are we responsible for the quality of the dental care they provide.
g) No Obligation to Keep the Platform Installed – Unlike insurance platforms, there is no requirement to keep the PDH Protocols platform installed on your device after enrolling in a dental discount plan. However, keeping it installed may help you find participating providers and manage your plan more conveniently.
h) Waiting Periods - A waiting period is the amount of time that must pass before you are eligible to receive benefits or services for all or certain dental treatments only when making monthly payments. Your dental benefits begin with a 30% discount for the first 3 months. After 3 months, your discount increases to 50%, and the full discount becomes available after 6 months. This applies to Basic Services, Major Services, and Orthodontic Services. The waiting period ensures that users maintain continuous enrollment to access greater discounts over time.
In consideration of PDH Screen Private Limited providing the Platform and its Services, you agree to indemnify and hold us, including our directors, employees, representatives, and agents, harmless against any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
(i) Your breach of these Terms of Use.
(ii) Any fraud, misconduct, negligence, or misrepresentation by you.
(iii) Your violation of any applicable laws.
(iv) Any unauthorized use of your account or actions taken on the Platform under your credentials.
You shall pay, on demand, such amounts as may be necessary to indemnify us against such losses, even if they arise in the future or are contingent in nature.

b. You agree that any reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works, distribution, transmission, copying, selling, displaying, publishing, or any other use of the Material (or any part thereof) for any purpose without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

In consideration of PDH Screen Private Limited providing the Platform and its Services, you agree to indemnify and hold us, including our directors, employees, representatives, and agents, harmless against any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
